An expert in printing technologies, he is the Technology Editor of Print on Demand magazine, Consulting Editor to Digital Imaging and Aktuel Grafisk Information magazines, and has written for Graphic Communications World, PrintMedia, Printing Impressions, Booktech, and Ethical Corporation magazines. Carli is research director of “The Greening of Print,” a research project investigating environmentally preferable procurement and production of printing and packaging in North America. He has been a speaker at many conferences in the United States as well as in Brazil, Sweden, and Italy. He speaks on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, environmentally preferable procurement, recycling, responsible enterprise printing, and stakeholder relationship management.
