Interviewed at Fortune Brainstorm: Green with host Maureen Kedes, Bob Langert, VP of Corporate Responsibility for McDonald’s, discusses the tremendous potential for efficiencies in the restaurant company’s supply chain.

Langert informs listeners of McDonald’s work to reduce packaging waste, and their cooperation with Greenpeace to transform their agricultural practices in the Amazon. “When we can make transformative change in supply chain, and it has a trickle effect to other retailers and suppliers, to me that is a lasting legacy,” says Langert.
