ABOUT GUY

Guy Gleysteen is Senior Vice President of Production for Time Inc. In that role, Guy has two primary areas of responsibility--directing Time Inc.’s global paper purchasing operations and overseeing the activities of the Digital Development Group. Prior to Guy’s move into paper operations in January of 2004, he was Director of Printing, where he was responsible for Time Inc. print purchasing, manufacturing field operations, and the Time Warner commercial print management team.

Guy’s recent activities include leading Time Inc. technology initiatives in electronic insertion orders and monitor based color proofing for print advertising. He has also been active in expanding Time Warner’s commercial print vendor management program, and taking an active role in the development of industry XML standards for electronic transactions in print media and paper systems.
